In reply to your request over the telephone this morning, I am sending you herewith the names and addresses of the referees and guaranters of Miss E.Kelsey, (late of the Hong Kong Civil Hospital), as stated on her application form, which she filled in in 1911.

I regret this is all we are in possession of, but I should fancy that No.3.(W.Kelsey, Esq., 4. Nerth Street, Havant, Hants,) would be the mast likely address.

It would, however, perhaps be as well te communicate with Mr.Kelsey before taking any definite steps in the matter, in order to ascertain if he is still there.
